• Workshops and Training: On any of my dozens of favorite media or communication topics. Most of my in-person training sessions have focused on writing, editing, and blogging skills; as well as understanding and making the most of online or conversational media. I've trained professionals in nearly every field, including media/communications. I can design a session or series of sessions specifically for group, or hold a public workshop in your region.
• Teleclasses: I can offer any of my workshops as a conference call -- for your group, or an open public session. Handouts and transcripts provided.

• Coaching: Customized one-on-one instruction in conversational media, writing/editing skills and style, using new tools for creating content (wikis, OPML, etc.), and more. This service is extremely popular -- and a lot of fun for me and my clients. (Details on this service.)
